On the occasion of the International Day for Human Rights, we started the campaign to promote the Guide “Healthy Relationships” in high schools nation wide.
Today, în partnership with Olt Police County and Olt County School Inspectorate, our colleague, Monica Tudorache, started the online classes with the students from the Technological High School Matei Basarab from Caracal.
We had 75 students participating in this first class and 10 teachers.
The message received from one of the participating teachers: “This guide is like a vaccine for the contemporary society.”
During this class students asked many questions about emotional violence and body shaming.
At the end of the course, the students filled in forms by which they sent us their opinion about the content and quality of the materials presented. The result will be posted soon in this news.
We thank Ms Gheorghița Stana, Police Principal Chief Agent, Olt Police County, Olt County School Inspectorate, Technological High School Matei Basarab from Caracal for the warm welcoming and all the participants for all the interesting questions and their energy to learn together.
The guide “Healthy Relationships” was developed within the project “Preventing sexual offences and recruitment of teenagers through online social networks” project funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Romania, by Necuvinte Association in partnership with the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police and the Inspectorate of Olt County Police.
In conclusion, we wish you all a healthy relationship!
Special thanks to the project’s team from the Olt Police County:
