“VERA – Positive change through integrated action in turbulent times!”
Implementation period: 18.07 2022 – 30.04.2024
The project is carried out under the financing contract no. 1/55971/2022/18.07.2022, concluded between the Partnership Leader and the Program Operator – Ministry of Justice (MOJ) for the project in question, financed by the “Justice” Program, within the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 with a budget of 825.53o Euro.
The project is implemented in partnership with the National Agency for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men and in the consortium formed by the organisations: CFCECAS, Sensiblu Foundation, Necuvinte Association and Center for Mediation and Community Security.
Specific objectives:
OS1: Improved response capacity of inter-agency mechanisms for emergency intervention in cases of domestic violence at community level (mobile teams – MT)
Within this component, the following activities will be considered:
1. Organization of training sessions for coordinators and members of mobile teams
2. Development of a Toolkit on emergency intervention in situations of domestic violence, necessary for the mobile team’s activity
OS2: Improved institutional capacity by training domestic violence department specialists at the DGASPC level and increasing their capacity to facilitate access to justice for victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence and children affected by it.
Within this component, the following activities will be considered:
1. Organization of training sessions for specialists within domestic violence departments/with duties in the field of domestic violence
2. Elaboration of a Work Guide for specialists within the domestic violence departments.
