The fourth week of the “Broken Wings” National Campaign began in Craiova, in the Nicolae Titulescu conference room in Centrul Multifuncțional Craiova.

The County Police Inspectorate in Dolj joined Necuvinte Association, and debated, together with Mrs. Irina Gruia, psychotherapist, and representatives of public institutions, of DGASPC in Dolj, the gendarmerie in Dolj, and of NGOs in Craiova, the issue of domestic violence.
