On the Interntional Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we attended an event organized by the Press Center of the Romanian Police.

The event was attended by policewomen from several departments of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police. Together with the Institute for Research and Crime Prevention, Necuvinte Association spoke to those present about the significance of November 25, forms of domestic violence and ways to combat this phenomenon.

The event ended with a show about female empowerment staged by artist Leon Magdan.
