On August 1, 2017, the fifth event in the National Caravan took place in the Social Assistance and Social Protection Directorate’s conference room.

The representatives of Necuvinte Association and of the Police Inspectorate in Tulcea met with the local institutions in the field of domestic violence prevention, and with members of the civil society.

Mrs. Ștefana Zibileanu, executive of Tulcea Social Assistance and Social Protection Directorate, opened the event, and talked about education and the way in which it can change mentalities and lead to social change.

We wholeheartedly thank the Social Assistance and Social Protection Directorate, and Mrs. Ștefana Zibileanu for the support and involvement both in the organization of the event, and in the event itself. We thank our partner, Tulcea Police Inspectorate, represented by Mrs. Amalia Ignătescu, Spokesperson for the Police Inspectorate in Galați, Mrs. Simona Sabangeanu, undercommissary in the Department for Crime Prevention and Analysis, Mr. Ivan Titorenco, undercomissary in the Police Patrol Department, and Mr. Cătălin Coman, Police Chief Commissioner, Chief of Isaccea Police, for the collaboration and involvement in the deployment of the “Broken Wings” national campaign at a local level.
