On December 6th, in Vienna took place the award ceremony for the European Crime Prevention Awards

The jury analysed 20 projects that were implemented in 20 European Union countries, members of  the European Union Crime Prevention Network EUCPN.

Romania, through the Romanian Police – The Institute for Research and Prevention of Criminality participated with the National Campaign to Prevent Domestic Violence “Broken Wings” implemented in partnership with Necuvinte Association.
The awarded projects of this year competition are coming from Finland, Lithuania and Hungary.

Romania occupied an honorable fifth place.
