Hiring a clinical psychologist program 8 hours/day

Necuvinte Association, a non-governmental organisation with experience in managing cases of domestic and gender-based violence, public policies and training programs for specialised personnel in the justice system, hires a clinical psychologist.

Ideal candidate:

  • to respect the rights of all persons regardless of nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, social status, beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, chronic non-communicable disease, HIV infection, membership in a disadvantaged category, etc.
  • serious, creative, empathetic person, with a lot of enthusiasm and team spirit, but also playful spirit because we all need to keep our inner child alive
  • patient and eager to learn and develop professionally
  • it can be an advantage to understand the NGO environment and how the local and central public administration work

Studies:

  • graduate of the Faculty of Psychology
  • certified in clinical psychology
  • experience in working with adults is not mandatory but is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • establishing relationships with the beneficiaries of Necuvinte Association based on respect, empathy and collaboration
  • creating together with the team materials and programs for personal development and management of traumatic situations
  • supporting the beneficiaries in order to find a way out of an abusive relationship, social reintegration and the labor market
  • coordination, monitoring and reporting of therapeutic activities
  • counselling teachers, social workers, police officers, prosecutors and other professionals with whom the organisation works to acquire the skills needed to address survivors of domestic and gender-based violence
  • participation in local, national and international projects
