On August 23, at Cinema Victoria in Bârlad, the eighth event of the National Caravan was held.

Necuvinte Association, together with Vaslui County Police Inspectorate, representatives of the General Directorate for Social Assistance and Child Protection, Vaslui, discussed the problems faced by Vaslui County in the field of domestic violence and identified possible solutions to improve services and protection for the victims.
